Commissioning Supervision

Tara Tarh??can provide commissioning supervision services for a wide range of industrial projects. Our services are provided by experienced professionals who work closely with clients, suppliers and contractors to plan and execute a seamless transition from construction to operation.

We can provide the professional resources necessary to take projects through commissioning including all activities from completion of construction of individual items and systems through to operational acceptance trials and up to take-over and post take-over activities.

Tara Tarh??provides commissioning supervision services to ensure that the testing and commissioning plan is integrated with the construction sequence and can also carry out inspections of installed plant including checks to verify conformity with drawings. We have the necessary technical specialists and engineers to prepare and/or approve commissioning protocols and documentation as well as witness and record commissioning tests. Tara Tarh??can also provide the necessary project management resources to monitor the progress of commissioning activities against the overall project plan and co-ordinate and plan commissioning activity.

As well as working closely with the suppliers and contractors towards a successful handover, we work with owners and operators to support them in taking over and operating the facility – assisting with operating staff recruitment and training, recording and monitoring progress of all defects arising from completion of inspectors’ tests and trials and preparing take-over documentation.
